Why did you become an attorney?

Law is a means to provide justice to citizens. Ours is a country of law not men and the practice of law ensures that it remains so.

What experiences (work and personal) help you to be a better attorney?

Four years of service as a naval officer on a destroyer and 20 years of elective office gave me an enormous variety of experiences. There is little that I have not seen nor many corners of our wonderful community that I have not visited. This background helps me understand people and makes me a better advocate for my clients.

What made you choose your primary specialty focus of law?

I want to help people. These days, particularly, many folks are not treated properly by their employers. When this happens, I can develop options for them.

What makes your law firm unique?

Mann & Mann is a family-owned law firm that can provide clients with dedicated,
personalized service. Our clients get two experienced lawyers for the price of one. We focus on what works best for each of our clients, providing clear guidance and understanding. We are driven by a pursuit of fairness, equality and justice for our clients. We offer affordable legal services on a variety of legal topics, ranging from simple matters to complex lawsuits.

Describe your ideal client.

My ideal client wants to work with me to address the client’s problem. This client takes good notes about his or her experiences. This client seeks a fair shake and a just result. Together, we can accomplish these goals.

Describe your personal interest and hobbies.

Family, charitable organizations, running and reading.
