Certified Specialist

What experiences (work and personal) help you to be a better attorney?

The decision to become an Ohio State Bar Association Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist helped me become a better attorney in representing my clients in worker's compensation cases.

What made you choose your primary specialty focus of law?

My practice has always involved representing injured workers and disabled individuals in workers' compensation, personal injury, and social security disability claims.

What makes your law firm unique?

Our law firm is unique because we offer personal attention to every client.  I will handle all aspects of your case including meeting with you, taking your phone calls, and representing you at hearings. Our law firm is also unique in our ability to meet a broad range of legal needs for all of our clients. The other thing that makes us unique is our convenent locations in Cincinnati. We have one office in Oakley and one in the Over-the-Rhine area of downtown Cincinnati.

Describe your ideal client.

My ideal client is someone with a recent work related injury that needs assistance with the Ohio workers’ compensation system. My intricate understanding of the Ohio workers' compensation system allows me to obtain excellent results for my clients while easing their anxiety about dealing with the complex and bureaucratic workers' compensation system.
I also help disabled individuals file for social security disability benefits. I represent individuals at the Initial Determination Level, Reconsideration, and at Administrative Law Judge hearings.

Describe your personal interest and hobbies.

I grew up in Cincinnati and I am very active in my community.  I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Sycamore Athletic Club, Youth Basketball Organization, and Jewish Community Center. I am  married and has two young sons and I enjoy coaching many youth sports teams including basketball, baseball, and soccer.

Describe your charitable activities.

I  volunteer and serve as president of the Sycamore Youth Athletic Club. I coach many youth sports teams including basketball, baseball, and soccer.
I serve  on the board of the Mayerson Jewish Community Center.
